I help our clients with contract and company law matters as well as M&A assignments. My particular strengths are in legal issues relating to the energy sector, technology law, and problem-solving related to intellectual property rights. I find it interesting to match the evolving business models of my clients with legal requirements, and always aim for a clear and practical approach. The most meaningful part of my work comes from maintaining long relationships with our customers in which I provide a wide range of expertise for all their legal issues.

In my work I am lucky to deal with the most interesting cases in my field. I balance my work life with skiing, spending time at my cabin, and reading many kinds of literature.
