I have more than 15 years of experience in contract and corporate law. I am a certified data protection specialist (CIPP/E) and I am in charge of data protection matters for our firm. I also have specific expertise in AI and data regulation and technology law.

I provide comprehensive legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, in particular on share and business transactions, including legal due diligence and negotiation in both Finnish and English.

I assist in various corporate law assignments. For employment law assignments, I can be called upon to draft employment and management contracts, for example.
